Our Process

To determine the best course of action, we first perform a thorough diagnosis. We use video pipe inspection technology for an accurate reading of the health of your drain line. This allows us to determine if it’s safe to perform either drain snaking or hydrojetting, and it also lets us know if your pipes need to be repaired or replaced.

After the inspection, we will review your options with you. We aim to provide you with as much information as possible so you can make the best decision for your home.

Options for Unclogging Your Toilet

There are two main options available when it comes to resolving blocked toilet problems. Which one we recommend will depend on the extent of the clogging.

  • MINOR CLOGS – These are often caused by flushing inappropriate items down the drain, or when too much toilet paper is flushed. Minor clogs are often resolved using a drain snake or auger to break up the clog.
  • CLOGS IN YOUR SEWER LINE – Clogs farther in your sewer line pose a larger problem. These are often caused by tree roots, grease/sludge buildup, or corrosion. To get rid of major blockages, we use high pressure water jetting to scour pipe walls clean.
