Full Generator Services
At Thumbs Up Plumbing, we carry a full line of standby generators which run on either natural gas or propane as your furnace would. That means even if you aren’t home your sump pump, lights, fridge, and HVAC systems will still continue to function as normal.
Our expert technicians have years of experience in the industry installing generators for area residents. Calling us for your generator installation or repair services means peace of mind for you knowing the job will get done right the first time.
Generators are not one size fits all solutions. Each home has specific energy needs and therefore one type of generator might be great for one home but not ideal for another.
At Thumbs Up Plumbing, we have years of experience installing and repairing generators in the Smithfield, RI area. We can perform a site analysis and then tailor our recommendation to you. Rest assured knowing that we work hard to make sure the generator we recommend is in line with your needs and budget. We work on and install a full range of makes and models including upgradable and manual options.
Best in Class Equipment
At Thumbs Up Plumbing, we are licensed to inspect and install Generac standby generators, the best quality equipment in the industry. It works by connecting to your existing gas line and kicks in within seconds, should your home or business ever lose power. It will also stay on until power returns, so you can move throughout the day without worry.
Types of coverage include:
- Essential Circuit – This is the most economic type of coverage, and it includes the basics like lights and refrigeration.
- Managed Whole-House – Gain more coverage than its smaller counterpart, which only covers the essentials, but does not power everything on your property.
- Complete Whole-House – Everything comes on and stays on when you have a whole-house generator installed on your property.
Call Thumbs Up Plumbing to assess your home and determine the right size for the generator your specific home needs.
